It's a scam and I wasn't refunded my money lost 5400. I want my money back

A nice little secluded resort with a small farm on site. Bikes weren’t available for riding around, and the check‑in was a bit slow. The evening cinema that was advertised didn’t start on time.

Everything about this place felt special, from the beautiful setting to the clear passion behind the setup; staying here was a genuine pleasure. The only thing that could have been better was a more detailed check‑in, like mentioning breakfast inclusion and service times, but the staff were fantastic.

The pool, well‑kept plants, good views, and room were all positives, yet the service was terrible with rude staff.
