“Pretendo não voltar nesse hotel.”

I liked the room and the setup a lot, even though there was no microwave. The elevators were a real disrespect.

The hotel is pretty, the staff are very polite, the apartment is nice and well divided for a family, the breakfast is ordinary—not outstanding but not lacking either, and the pool is warm and clean. The elevators couldn’t handle the number of guests; we waited over 10 minutes for one (there were four), and I understand that it was partly due to people blocking them or overloading them, causing the elevator to stop. What was also terrible was the sales manager at Diroma VIP; the very friendly salespeople invited us to see the product, but the manager (André) was very rude, tried to force us to buy, and when we declined, he insulted us and the hotel, saying if we had money we wouldn’t be there.

I really like this hotel, it’s well located and has access to the park. The apartment felt small; I’ve stayed in bigger family apartments elsewhere.
