The place itself is decent, but it offers few amenities for guests. The location isn’t ideal, and for longer stays in Japan you’ll find no laundry service or toiletries.

A small boutique with a quiet vibe, located well and surrounded by a nice neighborhood. No complaints.

The staff are friendly and the hotel has a charming feel, with the rooms also pleasant. Other guests are generally respectful, and even though sound insulation is lacking, they try to keep noise down when entering or leaving the room. It’s close to convenience stores and restaurants. The subway lines require a lot of stairs—watch out if you’re carrying two suitcases, especially in heat or rain. There’s no breakfast for medium or long stays. To dispose of trash or wet towels, you have to leave them in the hallway, which seemed disrespectful to both hotel staff and other guests passing by; I felt a bit embarrassed.
