The place was comfortable, spotless and well run, and the staff were friendly, but the road layout around the M1 junction made navigation tricky.

The reception team were polite, professional, and welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable, yet the bar and restaurant service was poor: chairs were stained and dirty, tables weren’t cleared or wiped between guests, bar staff were chatting instead of attending to customers, and the outdoor heaters weren’t working.

The hotel is gorgeous, clean, new, and beautiful, though it might benefit from adding cosmetic cotton pads to the bathrooms.

The staff were helpful and friendly, making the stay enjoyable, but the swimming pool facilities and the overall spaciousness of the hotel were impressive.

The hotel was clean and modern, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly, which really stood out.
