This is the worst hotel in Nagpur. It has a liquor shop on the ground floor, no breakfast is offered, the place is very dirty and untidy, the staff are impolite and unhelpful, and the pictures of the front and rooms are fake.

I stayed with my family and had a good time; the rooms were clean and cozy, the staff made sure we were comfortable, but the lift was under maintenance, so I lost a star.

The staff were absolute stars—friendly, helpful, and somehow always smiling. Lost one star only because now I expect this level of service everywhere, even from my neighbors

Hotel rooms were good, modern and clean. The lobby and areas were also good. Cafeteria and food were not good for the price. Location was ok. Mainly the staff refused to acknowledge that I had a booking, then i had to argue and he put extra charge for bed, though it was written at no charge to my room by . Only after i agreed to pay ( because i was with spouse and it was 10pm ), they said ok now we found booking. I think this was not professional. Staff is everything in a hotel, if they are not good, no amount of good hotel is good. please note this
