Urdartindur Guesthouse and Cottages

This is one of our favorite places to stay in all of Iceland! We had a nice room with a sea view, were greeted warmly by the receptionist, and found a very well‑equipped, super clean kitchen. The whole place is stunning!

The property looked fairly new. The room was clean, spacious enough for two people with a lot of luggage, and had a small fridge and kettle; tea and coffee were provided. Outside the room there was a small deck with chairs and a table. The bathroom was modern and spotless. The common area was well equipped with a full kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave, and free Wi‑Fi was available.

The cabin is bright and welcoming with a fantastic view, it works well for three people but would probably feel a bit tight for four.

The place is in a great spot and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

The property sits in a remote village on the fjord, just a few kilometres from Krossnesslaug, surrounded by greenery and equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, and everything was perfect.
