“Excelente todo”
It’s a peaceful place and the room is gorgeous—perfect if you’re looking to unwind.

It was quiet, but we visited on rainy days and didn’t like it. We asked for breakfast and it never arrived.

“Bonito lugar pero mala atención y logistica”
The room was roomy and clean, but the service left something to be desired. We booked with breakfast included and asked for it at 8:00 AM, yet they didn’t know it was part of the deal and only started serving it at 11:00 AM after we pointed it out. The app listed checkout at 12:00 PM, but they told us to leave at 11:00 AM “because supposedly a reservation was coming.” When we stayed an extra day due to an unforeseen event, nobody came to check us out. The app showed one price, but on the spot they wanted us to pay more “because it was the weekend.” It isn’t our fault that the app shows different rates. Aside from that, the place is pretty nice.
