We did not have breakfast at the hotel. I liked the parking facilities, but being senior citizens, the toilet seats were exceptionally low and the shower did not have enough safety handles and was not user friendly

Location. Cleanliness was lacking

How there was multiple things to do; it was dirty, I couldn’t cancel my request to cancel the room I booked, it was expensive, and there were bedbugs

Staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and well stocked, and it provides a shuttle to and from Pittsburgh airport
