Sian is an excellent host, offering plenty of local tips and great suggestions for outings and dining. She welcomed our son Jack and our dog Bobby, who happily mingled with her well‑behaved dogs. The sea‑view setting is ideal for walks along the Dylan Thomas trail and to Laugharne Castle, a wonderful spot for kids. We used it as a base for exploring West Wales and the Pembrokeshire Coast and had a lovely week there.

The view was amazing, the host was brilliant—she’s friendly and goes out of her way for guests. Sitting at the breakfast table in the communal dining room felt like a personal invitation into her home. I loved that there was no TV; it felt like a retreat from the real world for two days. We love Laugharne and this quirky B&B is a unique gem. The booking details should state what type of breakfast is included and that there is a supplement for cooked breakfast.

The room layout and the B&B overall were incredible—everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided, plus extra resources if required. The host was outstanding. The view added to a wonderful experience. We’re grateful for the local activity and food recommendations and will definitely return. Nothing to complain about.

The staff, especially Sian, went above and beyond for us, treating our dog Hugo with such care that we felt truly welcomed. The view of the estuary from our room was breathtaking, and the breakfast was outstanding—highly recommend Sea View for anyone looking for a great place to stay!
