“Excelente hotel”

Já frequento o hotel há anos. Voltaria novamente. Café da manhã precisaria ter itens quentes até o final, e oferecer café expresso. Estacionamento e água deveriam constar de 1 pernoite

“Muito agradavel”

The location is excellent, and the facilities and staff are the same. However, some breakfast items were already cold 20 minutes before the closing time, the parking fee should be included in the stay price, espresso should be part of the breakfast, and rooms should only have one water bottle.

“Péssimo atendimento.”

The only good thing is the location. I arrived early from a trip, checked in at 13:58, and the staff, in a mocking tone, said 2 minutes left! I sat, waited until 14:05, and she said the room wasn't ready, so she only let me check in at 14:35. The room has a smoke detector that flashes an absurdly bright light right above the bed, making it hellish to sleep. The bathroom has mold and the beds are uncomfortable. The hotel is stuck in time, everything old, the shower splashes water everywhere, but the worst is the service that mocks anyone tired and just wants to enter the paid room, especially after paying a high price! There was no water in the fridge.

The lighting is inadequate for reading; the bedside lamps could be better directed.

Central location in Campinas. The single bed was not very comfortable.
