The hotel staff were kind and professional, but the room was gloomy, small, and had a plastic bathroom that I haven’t seen in decades. The breakfast was depressing—tasteless, low quality, and even the free coffee in the hall was underwhelming, earning a 3.0/10.

Close to Banten and the staff were very friendly, but the buffet breakfast’s miso soup needed more variety, giving it an 8.0/10.

Parking was available, which was a real help. The breakfast was included and the buffet style worked well. The bathroom and washroom felt a bit cramped.
