The room was nice. Took 40 mins to check in, charged several times that i shouldnt have been and then staff then checked me in incorrectly so the next morning housekeeping took my belongings because it said I was supposed to check out, which I never did. I was booked to stay 2 nights

The room was amazing, breakfast was great, it was very pet friendly, and the included 24‑hour laundry facilities were a bonus because we needed to wash soccer jerseys between tournament days. The only downside was that I saw a guy painting door frames on my floor and never thought “he probably painted my doorframe,” but I ended up with paint on the back of my favorite shorts, my shirt, and my purse strap, so staying here cost me extra on clothing and a purse.

The spot was spot on for what we needed, right in the little village surrounded by shops and services, and the room stayed quiet. Unfortunately, because the hotel was renovating, the room we got was older, a bit dated and dark, and the shower wasn’t very clean.

The rooms were brand new and the staff were friendly, but we asked for two queens and received a king with a pull‑out; we had to request bedding from the front desk and they only gave us one pillow and a thin blanket, plus just two towels for four people. We booked the hotel hoping the kids could swim, only to find the pool was closed, which was a huge let‑down.
