I appreciated the warm greeting from the receptionist and the family room was a good size, and the bar was a real treat to unwind at.

The view was lovely and the beach was very close, yet some staff were very arrogant, there was no water in the morning even after waiting more than 3 hours, and despite requesting a room near my children's room, we were given a dark underground room.

The nightlife was entertaining with a great bar and a lovely atmosphere, but breakfast took a while and the eggs were overcooked; I asked for runny eggs, the waitress returned them, claimed they looked the same, got exasperated, and said they were runny, though she seemed overwhelmed with a coaching party and could have used more servers.

The meals were excellent, and I want to thank the two young lads serving. I’d prefer the bar to open at 5 pm.
