The staff’s warmth, availability, and treatment were excellent, and the panoramic lake views are unbeatable; for us celiacs, the gluten‑free baked goods are top quality. However, as a spa‑category hotel, I was surprised that the spa area lacked amenities like water, infusions, and complimentary fruit, and the restaurant menu was sparse.

Modern architecture and a lake view are highlights. The location is far from Calafate’s main street, and with only two shuttles per day, it’s inconvenient if you want to visit restaurants or shops in Calafate.

The view is incredible, the heated pool offers all the services, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. We had a tour scheduled for 10 am, but when we arrived at 7 am the room wasn’t ready yet, which is understandable given the early arrival.
