“Great food exceptional staff”

We had a really enjoyable stay at The Claridges. The hotel stayed very clean, and the restaurants offered amazing food. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay special. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax, and the gym was outstanding, one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen. The suites were beautiful and finished to a lovely standard. The only area that could use improvement is the standard rooms, which feel a bit dated and would benefit from an upgrade to match the quality of the suites and the rest of the hotel. Overall, a lovely hotel with fantastic staff, excellent facilities, and a brilliant choice of restaurants; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The staff were wonderfully well trained and consistently helpful throughout the hotel; I especially want to mention Rohit Borg in the Sevilla restaurant, who was attentive and polite.
