“Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and very enjoyable!”
We stayed in this house for almost two weeks, and I truly have many wonderful things to say about our experience. First and foremost, the owners, Carlo and Julie, made our entire stay completely hassle-free. From the moment we met them until our last day, they were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind. At one point, we needed a ride to a nearby food park because our car was being used by a relative, and Carlo graciously offered to drive us there. Another time, we had a minor issue with the toilet, and Julie promptly took care of it right away. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made us feel very well taken care of. As for the facilities, the house was immaculately clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed—from spices and cooking oil to various pots and pans—making it very easy to prepare meals. They also provided 5-gallon filtered water for a small fee, which was very convenient since we didn’t have to go out and buy it ourselves. All the air conditioners worked perfectly, and the stove was fully functional as well. One of the highlights for our family was the videoke machine—it was a huge hit since we all love to sing! The location is also a big plus. It’s about a 7-minute drive to SM La Union and very close to downtown San Fernando. There’s also a laundry shop along the main road about 3 minutes away, and having a sari-sari store right in front of the house was incredibly convenient. Thank you, Carlo and Julie, for being such wonderful hosts. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!. One small thing we noticed was that the sliding door in the common bathroom was a bit hard to close and needed both hands to slide it properly. It might just need a minor adjustment
