The beds felt comfy and the staff were friendly, but the shower stayed constantly hot and I couldn’t adjust it. There was no complimentary breakfast, so I paid 100.00 for my dog’s stay even though I was told it would be free because we were there for a funeral. Our room was advertised to sleep five, yet we only received two coffee cups and three towels. We stayed on the 8th, 9th, and 10th, and when the hotel tried to redo our booking we were charged an extra 50.00 for the puppy.
