I love the location, but the breakfast bar could use more options.

The location was fine, but the elevator was sketchy—either 2 inches too low or too high, never level, so my daughter almost fell when disembarking. The bed was uncomfortable, and it was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at: people talking loudly, trying to break into our room at 3 am, and staff loudly talking on the phone—customers didn’t need to know what was going on, and he apologized to the girlfriend for whatever he had done.

The room was comfortable and breakfast was included, which was nice, but the airport shuttle was the main issue; I booked this hotel for an overnight layover, yet the shuttle was late after endless waiting, forcing me to take an Uber so I wouldn’t miss my flight.

Very clean and rooms were great size. The elevator didn’t work properly, hiking up to the 4th floor was not in my plans
