The breakfast was good and the lunch salad was delicious; otherwise everything was great except that our basin was blocked.

The breakfasts and lunches we had were excellent, served by very efficient, pleasant and discreet staff. The property is beautiful, set in a romantic and very quiet setting a few minutes from the city center. The pool is large and well maintained. There is a night guard at the entrance who welcomes guests at any hour. This is the hotel we will choose without hesitation for our next trip to Essaouira. The outdoors could use a bit of elbow grease, but we saw a team of painters working on them.

Imagine the scene: at our arrival the reception was deserted. The hotel was completely empty, except for two adults and a child in the pool. After touring the premises, no staff member was in sight. After 15 minutes waiting in the car, I tried to contact the hotel with no success. I had to call Booking, which also couldn’t reach the establishment. We ultimately had to change hotels. A true ghost hotel!
