The location is perfect, right in the heart of the action but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotless.
The cleanliness was top-notch, but I did have to deal with some noise from the street outside.
The room was spotless, with fresh towels and crisp bedsheets.

The room was large enough for all of us, the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was spotless, the rooms were great size, and the value for money was excellent.
The hotel offered great value for money and sat in a convenient downtown spot, but the room suffered from poor natural light.
A very beautiful hotel in an ideal location in Luang Prabang, the breakfast is varied and excellent, the rooms are comfortable, the pool is very pleasant, and we had an outstanding stay.
The location was perfect, a short walk to the central square and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked well. It was an excellent stay, and I would definitely book this hotel again.
