The advertised facilities don’t match what the hotel actually offers. Breakfast is listed as available, yet the receptionist said they would arrange it from outside instead of providing it on site. Laundry is also misrepresented; the receptionist told us it would take 3–4 days to return clothes, which is impractical for business or short‑stay guests. The hotel should update its listing to reflect the real services and avoid surprises at check‑in.
