The location was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful with a generous buffet, the dinner was outstanding, and the staff were professional, friendly, and very welcoming. We’ll be back. Nothing to complain about.

The place is perfect in the heart of the Dolomites, the room is large with a balcony, and the breakfast is great.

When we arrived, we didn’t expect how welcoming and home‑like we’d feel; we stayed only 5 days but made two new Italian mamas and felt like we were coming home each day, everyone was so friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the wellness area and morning buffet were also really nice! Definitely coming back another time.

The breakfast was excellent, varied, and served with consideration for personal preferences. It was impeccable. The location offers a satisfying mountain view and easy parking. The price is advantageous but offset by several shortcomings. The owners were courteous but not attentive to the inconveniences expressed. The hotel was in closing phase with reduced staff, no dinner in the hotel, and no functional recommendations or agreements with nearby hotels. The wifi signal in the room was extremely unstable and unusable. The sauna bench was not fixed to a corner and had only one leg, so it tipped and I almost fell, causing a pretibial abrasion that will heal in its own time, but it could have been worse. I raised the issue politely, but it seemed the design was intentional and I was the one who should have been more careful. The safety culture was exemplary! The SPA area was well designed, but some stupid omissions made it seem like it wasn’t a top priority. No background music, no aromas, post‑sauna hydration with excellent cool water, lighting too bright and “cold.” Any guest from the north would give a very modest rating to this whole setup. The tourist card obtained at the hotel didn’t work for the only bus we tried to take; the driver, who was a bit grumpy, still welcomed us, perhaps because he was half an hour late. This is a known issue at the hotel but left to the owners’ discretion with divine intervention. I arrived in an electric car, but there was no charging option. The problem was not perceived. “There are public charging stations.”
