The staff were incredible—Mohammad at reception and Gemmy in the café made my stay blissful. Mohammad shared hawashi cooked by his mother, and Gemmy kept giving me free mint teas up the stairs; their smiles and warmth truly set the tone. The view was out of this world, and I even received a free room upgrade! The only drawback was the Wi‑Fi, which was unreliable and needs fixing within a week.

Because of work, I extended my Cairo stay for another week and chose this hotel again. Every detail was outstanding. The young staff serving breakfast and working in the lounge are among the kindest people I’ve met. Jimmy, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Staying here felt like a second home, and I now know exactly where I’ll stay whenever I visit Egypt.

Das beste Hotel das man im Preis Leistungsverhältnis bekommen kannst, super nettes Personal und klimatisiertes Zimmer, gerade für Reisen zu 2 sehr zu empfehlen. Das W-lan funktioniert nicht sehr gut

The view was perfect, the staff were nice—especially Jemi who did a great job for me—, the rooftop restaurant was lovely, the room was clean and well‑air‑conditioned, and the price was good; everything was flawless.

Everything was amazing! Jimmy is incredibly kind and helpful, always attentive and ready to assist with anything I needed. Everyone—from the rooftop restaurant staff to the waitresses—made me feel truly at home. The breakfast with that breathtaking view is an experience in itself—absolutely beautiful! I 100 % recommend staying here and sincerely hope to return to my home in Egypt very soon.
