The receptionist was friendly! The breakfast was very poor and didn't match the hotel photos; the heated pool was poorly maintained and the water was somewhat dirty. The assigned room was very small and didn't match the listing!

The location was good. I had been there before, but the new owners turned it into a disaster: breakfast was full of flour and the butter was rancid. They didn't honor the pre‑booking; they charged me more than what Booking said, added a late check‑out fee, and then claimed they didn't have it.

The hot water didn't work. The place was very neglected, falling apart, and had no maintenance.
