“good location to airport.”
The airport shuttle was convenient, but the bathroom door was ridiculous and parking was expensive.

The location and breakfast were good, but my room flooded and the booking team refused to contact the manager even after she offered a refund.

Being close to the airport was a plus, but it was also a drawback.

The short distance to CLT airport, convenience, and safe environment were great, yet our air conditioner made noise and made it hard to sleep; we arrived late and left early, so I didn't report the issue.
