I always choose this hotel, and I didn't find anything to complain about.

The location is ideal and the staff is nice, but the room smelled awful and felt very old; it clearly needs a thorough cleaning and more updates. Also, there was no boiling pot even though it was mentioned.

The location was very nice, close to BTS Chit Lom and Central World. The AC was not working properly and sometimes wouldn’t turn on, and there was no parking.
