The surroundings were pleasant, and the host was helpful. The power outlets were close to the bed and there were water bottles in the room. The location was very remote, which I didn’t realize until I was there for work. There was no key to lock the room, only a latch from the inside. Insects were a problem: bed bugs, gnats, and I even encountered a huge spider in the bathroom. The hosts were friendly but spoke limited French, which made communication difficult.
