The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond and making the stay very enjoyable with their friendliness. The breakfast buffet offered high‑quality food that was always fresh and well stocked. The pool was well maintained and clean.

“Great hotel, great location, would stay again!”

It was our first stay at Sonesta Suites and we liked it a lot. The room was nice, spacious, and had a courtyard view; the bed was very comfortable. Having a full‑size fridge and freezer was also a plus, which we used. However, a few things could have improved the stay: 1) We were told housekeeping would stop by between 8‑11 am to take out trash, make the bed, replace towels, etc., but we never saw them. 2) The shower leaked slightly, leaving a near‑constant puddle near the toilet and soaking the floor towel. 3) At the courtyard bar we received a drink and the bartender was somewhat rude, as if he was upset we arrived; the drink he made was good, though.

“Loved it!”

The bed was super comfortable and the room was lovely and large. Everything was very clean. The pool was great, parking was easy, and I liked how the elevator led straight to the car park without needing to pass through reception each time. Breakfast was good, but it could have stayed open until 10 am instead of just 7‑9 am.

“I enjoy my stay and the food was really good.”

Breakfast and happy hour were positives, but the pull‑out bed was uncomfortable and the elevator wasn’t working.

“Great resort in Scottsdale”

My wife and I really enjoyed the resort; the pool area was stunning and breakfast in the morning offered a wide variety of choices, and Shakira greeted us with a friendly smile every day. Nothing else to add.
