“I felt like in my own family”
The staff were incredibly friendly and family‑like, the food was great, the pillows comfortable, and the cats were delightful. The only downside was a dog barking in the backyard.

Overall everything was good: the owners and staff were very friendly, the home‑cooked meals were excellent amid a lovely, expansive landscape, and I'd gladly return. We had planned this holiday as a contrast to city life and a break from the (agency‑technical office) routine in a farm setting away from the bustle, so a whirlpool in the bedroom was not a requirement. If you want a high‑gloss penthouse vacation, you’d need a different plan. For a respite from city stress, this place is definitely a relaxing and interesting spot, though a sports car like a Porsche 911 might struggle on the rough farm road to the property, and another location could be better for that.

The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. While the hotel's overall atmosphere was pleasant, I did find the room to be a bit smaller than I had anticipated. Nonetheless, the exceptional service and delectable breakfast made up for any minor shortcomings.

After navigating the adventurous sandy drive, I found absolute tranquility; at night only grill sounds and occasional dog barks disturb the silence, and we slept very well. The food, lovingly prepared by the owner's mother, was excellent, and the reception was very friendly and helpful. The apartment, about a ten‑minute walk from the main building, was a bit run‑down and unkempt despite its spaciousness and supposed completeness, which is a shame because the garden—offering a beautiful sunset view—could have been a real oasis but currently feels more like a construction site.
