The hotel is great. The host, Vadim, is friendly and explained everything, even helped with the transfer to Tamchi airport. However, the room was not cleaned at all during the week.

The garden is pretty and you can walk to the lake. The accommodation is not clean, especially the cups are dirty so you can't use them. No shower supplies were provided.

The location is convenient and the beach is very close to the hotel. The room is comfortable, has a TV and a separate bathroom. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be had for an extra fee. You can't cook in the kitchen, only reheat. The courtyard is cozy, well‑maintained and quiet. Everything was liked.

The guest house sits close to the lake but far from any good restaurants. The highlight is the amazing cook, Ms. Arzoo, who is cheerful and can whip up tasty vegetarian dishes, a sharp contrast to the manager who is unfriendly and grumpy. The campus is nice with many flowers and an outdoor seating area. No doubt about that! Be careful when booking – this is a guest house of about 15 rooms, not just one. Advertised features like “view”, “balcony” and “terrace” are only available in one or two rooms. We booked with these features and asked the manager for help with our bags (we are senior citizens), but she moved us to a dark, dingy ground‑floor room, which was very disappointing. She waived our rent for one night, but the disappointment was huge. If you want a view, make sure you get the room you want.
