“Bloccati fuori”

The experience was extremely negative. When we arrived, we couldn’t get into the accommodation because no adequate instructions were provided. Other guests were in the same situation and we were all stuck on the landing for over an hour. The assistance was insufficient and far from timely. No point of contact was present, as the property was managed entirely remotely. Only after more than an hour, around 21:00, did they send a video to try an access maneuver. The wait created a very unpleasant situation even with the neighbors, who understandably complained about the prolonged presence of several people on the landing. Moreover, finding ourselves in the evening in the Termini area, in a setting that didn’t make us feel particularly safe, the discomfort was even greater. Because of this serious service failure, my friend and I lost all the bookings we had made for the evening. Despite what happened, we were not offered any refund, nor was any compensation appropriate to the discomfort provided. For a property managed entirely remotely, it is essential to give clear instructions beforehand and ensure immediate assistance in case of problems. In our case, that didn’t happen, and the subsequent complaint handling was equally unsatisfactory. We strongly advise against this property.

“Ótimo custo-benefício.”

It offers good value for money. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were able to check in early and the staff were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Regarding the location, it’s relatively close to some major tourist spots in Rome, like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The area itself isn’t very charming. Also, there’s no elevator, so you have to climb three floors of stairs. Even though we knew this beforehand, it’s tiring after spending a whole day walking around and exploring the city.

“dobra lokalizacja”

The location is double the convenience, close to Termini and the Vittorio Emanuele metro. The toilet seat was not secured – we reported it to the staff, but it wasn’t fixed for the duration of our stay. The rating would have been one point higher if it had been repaired.

The location is very convenient. It’s increasingly common to have online and remote reception, and sometimes the lack of a human presence is felt.
