The space feels roomy, circulation is good, and the furniture suits those who need to work; lighting is bright and the shower has adequate water flow. The room is comfortable for a single person, and having a restaurant on site is a big convenience. The restaurant staff are friendly. The bathroom box could have been cleaner, and the face towel quality was lacking. I didn't find any extra trash cans beyond the one in the bathroom. A thicker blanket and glass cups instead of only plastic would improve things, but these are minor tweaks. Overall, the place met my needs.

The location is great, and the hotel’s facilities—gym, pool, and staff—are all excellent. However, the sheets were stained, the side table was loose, and the shower head was also loose. The photos make it look newer than it actually is.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência durante nossa estadia. Desde o início, a comunicação foi muito boa e eficiente. Fomos recebidos com muita cordialidade, e os manobristas foram sempre simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel é tranquilo, confortável e muito agradável. A piscina é ótima para relaxar, e o espaço da academia é excelente, bem estruturado e agradável para quem gosta de manter os exercícios em dia. Sem dúvida, um dos grandes diferenciais é a localização: estar na Avenida Paulista torna tudo muito prático, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas, transporte e diversas atrações. O áudio da televisão apresenta falhas de reprodução, com som distorcido e aspecto “rouco”, comprometendo a qualidade e a nitidez do áudio

A localização é excelente. Demoraram 1h a mais para o check in porque os lençois e toalhas não haviam chegado. Além disso, achei velho na foto parece novo mas não é. Mal cuidado!
