“No cleanliness, no facility”
I’d give it 1 out of 5, even though I’d consider 0, because the hotel is only 2‑3 km from Mahakaleshwar temple. The room suffered from frequent water supply problems; I had to remind the staff 3‑4 times to turn on the motor. Aside from the bed, there was nothing else—no Wi‑Fi, no door mat near the washroom, and no other amenities.

I didn’t stay at all, so there’s nothing to praise. My reservation was cancelled and the staff insisted there was no booking; I arrived solo at 11 pm and found no reservation. They told me I hadn’t paid and even asked me to pay on the spot, which was utterly pathetic. This experience is unacceptable.
