The hotel features an 8-pool hot spring complex, 4 restaurants, and lounges, as well as free parking. It's a 10-minute drive from downtown Haikou and 5 minutes from the Hainan International Convention Centre.

The grounds are pretty and the rooms feel cozy, but the beach isn’t really suitable for swimming.

The breakfasts were fantastic, with a huge variety of foods and freshly squeezed juices. I can’t think of anything to add.

The pool with hot tubs is excellent, and the buffet at breakfast and dinner is good. However, nobody speaks English, which is unacceptable for an international clientele.

The dinner buffet was outstanding, the sports pool with its three lanes was excellent, and there was pleasant music playing throughout.
