“We will most definitely be going back to Roseleigh.”

The quiet, leafy street lined with traditional houses made for a lovely stay at Rose Leigh, a beautifully maintained home. We were greeted by Donna, James, and Cormac, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were comfortable, and the lounge was a nice place to unwind. Donna and James shared their local knowledge of Belfast, and the breakfasts were perfect, served in a calm dining room. The bus stop to Belfast is just a five‑minute walk away, and several bars and restaurants are nearby. The only downside was a couple of shelves in the bathroom.

“Exceptional first class service - a must visit”

The service was truly first‑class, with a host who was extremely pleasant and friendly, especially during the busy Fleadh weekend. The room was perfect, spacious, and offered exceptional value. The host made sure all guests were taken care of and was reachable at any time. When I was locked out due to events beyond the host’s control involving other guests, I was accommodated wonderfully and the situation was handled so I wasn’t unduly inconvenienced. The customer service was outstanding and set a high standard for hospitality. I couldn’t find any faults or anything I disliked; this B&B sets a gold standard for other Belfast locations, and the host should be very proud.

A warm welcome and immaculate accommodation in a well‑located guest house in the leafy suburbs of Belfast. There was nothing I didn’t like.
