The room was spacious, but the entryway lights were broken, the only other lighting came from the bathroom or dim bedside lamps, the sole outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and there was no other outlet near the mirror, and the nightstand outlet also failed; the room sat directly above the atrium and was not soundproof at all – you could hear full conversations from the lobby and bar until at least 11 pm, plus the clatter of plates, glasses, and silverware; the room‑service food was overpriced for being delivered in a cardboard box with plastic cutlery, and when you were given a real knife you were told to bring it downstairs yourself afterward.
