The place was dirty and felt very old, giving off a motel vibe; the AC couldn’t be turned on or off.

The staff were polite, helpful, and the services excellent; nothing to complain about.

It offers good value for money, the room is comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast is very nice; however, it sits on a main road yet is close to the beach and tram stop.

Breakfast was very good, and the girl who maintained the breakfast area was diligent, hospitable, and kept the buffet fully stocked; I can’t think of anything negative.

The hotel is newly renovated and clean, but it's close to the sea and far from the city center; the breakfast could use improvement.
