The location was excellent, but this was our second visit and the pool was shut down both times, an omission that wasn’t on their website.

The staff, as always, were friendly and helpful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, the pool remained closed throughout our stay, the breakfast lacked variety, the waffle makers were broken, overall the breakfast fell short of past experiences, and the laundry room had only one dryer in operation—so it wasn’t terrible, just below what we had hoped for.
