The staff were very friendly, the location was fantastic for visiting Manhattan, and the American‑style breakfast was complete. The room and bathroom were small, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the hotel—or at least the room we stayed in and the floor—needed an upgrade; there was carpet on the floor, old furniture, and a lot of general noise.

The beds were very comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the temperature was easy to adjust, and breakfast was full and tasty; the location was great. However, we booked a quadruple room for four people, yet they only ever supplied three large towels and two small ones, and even after we asked, they never gave us a fourth; we had to fetch the extra towel from the closet in front of the room. Another issue was that we left a few glasses and souvenir cans on the desk, and they threw them away.
