“I travel a lot, and this was the worst day I’ve ever had a facility”
This was the worst day I’ve ever had at a facility. It was advertised as having two beds, but there was only one bed and no rollaway or anything, and there were my husband, myself, and my daughter. They were so unhelpful and rude, and overall it was the worst day I’ve ever had anywhere.
I loved learning all the history surrounding the hotel, but it would have been nicer if a microwave had been available.
“We are hoping our review helps them fix their conditions, but we will not be staying in any of their facilities ever aga”
The property is within a great walking distance to downtown Annapolis, but the room was filthy with dust on the walls and carpeting, a musty odor and dampness permeated the space, the bathroom was so poorly lit that my spouse needed a flashlight to apply makeup, and the television was broken.

The front desk, bellhop, and valet were all friendly, making the check‑in a breeze.
