The room was spotless, but the staff never bothered to explain the facilities or the paid extras, leaving many details out; for instance, the cookies in the room cost extra, and a few days after checkout I was hit with a huge bill for drinks, which felt off, and the front desk was just as unhelpful, making it hard to sense any luxury vibe.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the center of Taipei, next to immense shopping mall and overlooking the iconic Taipei 101. We were upgraded to a corner Suite with marvellous views of the skyline and excellent facilities. The breakfast (tasted from our stay a few days before) was amazing. The gym, too, was fantastic. Nothing
