The kids were absolutely thrilled with all the animals on the property.
Mornings were a blast feeding chickens, goats and alpacas on the little farm, and the host was genuinely friendly.

The property was fantastic. Lou communicated well and made us feel very welcome. Can’t fault anything.
“Great break away for a young family”
This was a present for my son and family; they loved the animals and the accommodation. No problems, though I’m not sure they knew they had to use a short ferry.
Our little cabin was snug and charming, but the real star was the farm animals that let the kids run barefoot and hand‑feed the alpacas. The owners were incredibly friendly, inviting us to share a drink by the fire and making us feel right at home. We left already planning our next visit.

The farm, the surroundings, the animals, the kids’ games, and the pool table are great, but the bathroom is outside the cabin.
The farm setting was perfect for the grandkids – they loved the open space and the relaxed vibe. The cabin itself was clean, modern and private, which we appreciated. My only gripe was that the bathroom was outside; I would have preferred it inside.
