Only the location is very good. The staff is not good, the rooms are not good, the washroom shower is broken. The online picture is very good but the actual value is very different.

The apartment’s location is excellent, close and almost overlooking the Corniche Al-Hamra; the area is serviced and easy to reach. The staff’s treatment is very refined and respectful, and the apartment’s equipment is suitable. The bathroom doors need maintenance.

The location is nice. The smell was like cigarette smoke throughout the stay, there were a lot of cockroaches and other small annoying insects, and I advise against renting the VIP unit. I found a lizard in the pool and roaches everywhere, even in the pool and the kitchen, and the oven doesn’t work. Be careful to avoid the same mistake I made when you arrive; you signed the contract, so if anything happens, you’re stuck. I forgot to sign the agreement, so I couldn’t talk to them. The sofa had strange white spots that they didn’t replace; they told me they were all the same, which was a bit odd. Also, some rooms lack ventilation, so if you suffer from asthma, don’t rent it because there’s a cigarette smell and the rooms are marked as smoking.
