The location near the city centre and the sea is great. For breakfast there was only one waiter who couldn’t possibly satisfy all guests; the buffet was practically empty because it wasn’t restocked. Towels were missing in the room, so we showered and dried off with our own beach towels after repeatedly calling with no response. After more than two hours they finally answered, apologized, and promised to put them in immediately.

The spot is perfect for visiting Mirabilandia and Ravenna. Breakfast is plentiful with a wide choice of sweet and savoury options.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful, with savoury items like eggs and bacon, cold cuts and cheese; they even brought it half an hour early to accommodate us. The building feels a bit old, though some rooms have had recent renovations and are fairly cosy. Thanks a lot! The front door was always open, wide and unguarded at reception, which seemed odd. I can’t really judge the staff because we managed ourselves and never met anyone, but they were very helpful in bringing breakfast early. There is no parking and on‑street parking is expensive, as in all Riviera towns, but from October to April it’s free in some areas.
