The location is nice and the room is quiet; the bathtub helps me unwind after a long day of walking. Everything else is good enough.

The drinks corner in the lobby was a hit, as was the pillow station, the Sakurajima viewing area, and the central spot of the hotel. Staff were super helpful, and the pre‑check‑in cut down on waiting time. The beds could use thicker mattresses and the bean‑texture on them is a bit off.

The open‑air bath was wonderfully refreshing, and there were plenty of towels available. The property is well equipped with mobile charging stations, which was very convenient, and the selectable breakfast options were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the multi‑storey parking structure was out of service, so we couldn’t use it.

The interior was compactly arranged without feeling cramped, and because the smoking area is outside, I didn’t have to worry about any smell. It was a bit disappointing that the multi‑storey parking garage was out of order.
