“Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel”
Cleanliness, pleasant staff. The location is a little far from the center, and the heating in the room was constantly on.

The place was spotless—white towels and sheets, clean cutlery, the kitchen gleamed. The bathtub was immaculate and the mattress was comfortable enough to sleep on. Luckily the neighbors were quiet at night, so it stayed peaceful. The location was convenient, downtown was a quick walk away, and a large supermarket with varied food was nearby. On the downside, our room faced the inner courtyard and at 8 am the cleaning crew started washing various cars right outside our windows. There were no spices or seasonings, even though the room had a kitchen. The dish sponge wasn’t new and there were only a few napkins. Wi‑Fi was slow and the hotel didn’t offer a laundry service, paid or otherwise.

The location was central to everything, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the sloped parking shared with National Auto Rentals was a hassle, and drug addicts roamed the area. They never cleaned our room during our four‑night stay; they only replaced the toilet paper and took all the towels, but didn’t replace washcloths, a bath mat, or a kitchen towel. They didn’t vacuum, make the bed, or change the sheets.
