“Too Noisy I did not get to sleep until 2.00am and I was up for work at 6.00am”

The Location was fine. Although it was £15 to park on site. Most places include the parking price. I parked on the road. The Extractor fans were noisy from other rooms. The people above me and around me were very noisy no consideration for other guests who work and need sleep. Unfortunately I will not be staying here again. I did not get any rest until 2.00am and had to be up at 6.00am

“Would not stay again, did not feel safe or secure”

The staff were helpful and moved me to a new room when the shower wasn’t working, and the location was good. But this is like a hostel, not a hotel, and the online images are deceiving. It’s a ground‑floor apartment with a dodgy back door that has no lock onto a back alley, so I didn’t feel safe or secure. The shower was broken, and after being moved to another room the whole building felt shabby, out of date, and dirty, with broken fixtures and old‑fashioned appliances, and it wasn’t a welcoming environment.

I stayed in a tiny, snug room that was very clean and I’d definitely book again. The only downside was that we had to crank up the radiator because it was very cold, and the heating made a lot of noise. Aside from that, everything was lovely. Thanks a lot.

“Short break”

The location is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is spotlessly clean. The only issue was that there was nowhere to heat food.

“Fantastic.. 10/10 in all areas”

We were thrilled with our lovely room—very comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed and more. Check‑in was straightforward, and a warm welcome from the kind man on duty (name escapes me) made our stay fantastic. I definitely recommend this place and will return! :)
