“Great, good and not so good.”

Calm, peaceful, clean and the instant hot water in the washroom. The girls at the front office; Sneha and Pranita were smiling and happy to help. They were quick at the desk both during check in and check out. Appreciate them as well as the housekeeping team for keeping the room and toilet spotless. There is no bar. Non vegetarian is not served. No gym. Not even an egg for breakfast. Acceptable, if we had known it while booking. But, nowhere it is mentioned. The extent of space mentioned in booking. com is way off

“Decent stay.can get better places in Pune with better food”

Good staff.good processes and great location. The food is pathetic…taste is average as compared to smaller hotels.The shocking part was the same menu served on 21/22 for dinner.Did they serve leftovers

Easy accessibility to Railway station and Airport. Poor condition of the room with lack of basic security and privacy by providing a poor quality Main door

“Peaceful and quiet”

The ambience was very nice and the place was clean; the reception staff were kind and hospitable, housekeeping was respectful, and everything was on time—water arrived in 5 minutes, housekeeping at 2 pm when requested, and check‑in was smooth; the rooms were clean and smelled fresh.
