Everything about this place was a letdown. I didn't find anything positive to say, unfortunately.

The room was quite spacious and had a nice location on the fifth floor. I also appreciated the soft pillows, bottled water, and tea provided. However, there were some issues - the toilet would leak and make the floor wet, and the hot and cold water wasn't consistent. Plus, there was a fridge and kettle, but no available sockets to plug them in.

I have to say, the presence of a ghost was kind of a weird plus, but the bad smell was a major downside.

Honestly, my experience was pretty terrible. The shower wasn't working at all, which was a major inconvenience. The drinking water tasted off, and there was no soap provided for bathing. To top it off, the staff seemed really unfriendly and unhelpful.
