The service was really bad, with constant internet problems, no utensils in the house, and staff acting like they were being bothered; I left very disappointed. The kids had fun in the pool, but as I said, they’re kids and don’t know anything. I paid over one hundred thousand pesos for that week and left unpleased; there are many better places, I won’t return. I requested a cancellation on the first day and the manager never showed up—this feels like a forgotten place in the world.
